Return Policy:
Please thoroughly examine your purchase upon receipt. Only unused merchandise may be returned, and must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Any shipping charge will be solely your responsibility. There is a 20% restocking fee on any returned merchandise. All returns must have pre-approval and a return authorization number. All Italian Charms and Sale Merchandise is a Final Sale and is not returnable or refundable.  We do not issue cash refunds, and credits can only be issued to the originating credit card that the item(s) were purchased from.

SHIPPING:
We strive to mail all purchases within 72 hours. At times we are out of stock on some of our products, but we will send you an email stating when we will get the product back in stock. It can take up to TWO weeks for you to receive your package. If you live in Canada, it could take longer.

Transit Times:
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your package. If you are concerned about a timely delivery, please upgrade to a quicker method of delivery.
